The following obituary appeared in the May 12, 2001, edition of the (Portland) Oregonian: Marcia Stout Chapman A funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 12, 2001, in Finley's Sunset Hills Mortuary for Marcia Stout Chapman, who died May 8 at age 50. Mrs. Chapman was born Marcia Bell on April 21, 1951, in Peoria, Ill. She moved in 1975 to Portland and was a self-employed real estate investor. In 1972, she married Gary Stout; he died in 1995. In 1997, she married Eddie Chapman. Survivors include her husband; daughters, Jennifer Stout and Kimberly Stout; son, Timothy Stout; stepson, Matthew Chapman; parents, Don and Jean Bell; brother, Robert Bell; sister, Janet Bell; and two grandchildren. Interment in Sunset Hills Memorial Park. Remembrances to the Dougy Center.
