Stout Sr., age 64, of Independence, MO, passed away on May 10, 2001, at Independence Regional Health Center. Memorial services will be held 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 15th at Sheil- Blackman Funeral Home. Cremation. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the chapel. Mr. Stout was born October 22, 1936, in Stillwater, OK. He worked for Sovereign Security Systems Inc. for several years. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Jeremy Goodson, and a stepdaughter, Patricia Brown.
