I am seeking information about the family of Mary Hester Stout and Eliza J. Stout. They were sisters. Mary Hester was born December 9, 1815, and Eliza was born in 1812. I had believed them to be born in Macoupin or Madison County, Illinois, but recent information suggests Pennsylvania. Mary Hester married, first, James H. Hallford, on July 27, 1836, in Madison County, IL; second, Amos H. Pruitt, on February 20, 1841, in Macoupin County, Illinois. She died July 12, 1902, in Jersey County, IL. Eliza married William P. Rhodes, also in Illinois, and died February 27, 1899, in Macoupin Co. Information about their parents, place of birth, other siblings would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Polly Zashin
