Stout, Archie Rutherford, Melier(?) Stump. 27 May 1885 - County authorizes payment for election services: including P.G. Stout - clerk $4.50; S.S. Stout - clerk $3.00 June 1885 - deeds recorded: 20 March 1885, deed from F.L. Stout to M.S. Stout for property on the Kanawha R. 3 June 1885 - M.H. Stump appointed overseer of the poor. 14 Aug 1885 - deed from M. Stout to Marshall Stout for 95 acres on Ownes Run, recorded July 25, 1885. 8 Sept 1885 - Road fine for road precinct of Center District no. 4 expunged for Henderson Stout upon evidence showing "he is not an able bodied man and being unable to pay a road fine." (of $5.00) March 1886 - tavern license granted to P.G. Stout April 1886 - Election commissioner appointed at Rymer's Store - A.S. Stout or M.N. Rymer & B.R.
