You may want to get birth, death certificates and obituaries for all children. I have found many times there are two obituaries. A short one a day or two after death and another more detailed one a week or two after death. I visited the Armstrong County, PA Web site - it is very nice. Someone there may be able to help you. In the picture you have of her stone - how is the name spelled? You may want to check if she was married in Armstrong County, PA and try and get marriage application - it may list her parents names.
