Weiss, 86, of Danbury, Conn., a former New Jersey resident, will be offered at 9:30 a.m. tomorrow in St. Edward Church here. Arrangements are by the Green Funeral Home, Danbury. Mrs. Weiss, who died Wednesday in Danbury Hospital, was a member of the Stout Family Association, embracing descendants of Richard Stout of Nottingham, England, and Penelope Stout of Holland, both early New Jersey settlers. Born in Clover Hill, N.J., she moved to Danbury many years ago. Surviving are three sons, Frederick, Robert and Joseph; a daughter, Mrs. Carolyn DeMeo; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
