The parents of John Hart, signer of the Declaration of Independence were Edward and Martha (Furman) Hart. And his wife's name was Deborah. Two sons of John and Deborah (Scudder) Hart married Stout's. Edward married Nancy Ann Stout and Nathaniel married Elizabeth Stout. Of course, this is all family to me. My ggg-grandfather Amos Hart (b. 1776) is descended from a brother of the older Edward Hart and is a cousin of John Hart the Signer. And my ggg-grandmother Ruth (Stout) Hart was the daughter of Andrew Stout and Sarah Stout. Bill > > Subject: Nancy Ann Stout > Date: Tue, 13 Nov 2001 16:15:33 -0600 > From: "Phillip J.
