The following obituary appeared in the June 29, 2001, edition of the Lake County (Ohio) Tribune: Patricia A. Combs Patricia A. Combs, 49, of Painesville, died June 22, 2001, in Hospice House in Cleveland. She was born Aug. 17, 1951, in Manhattan, N.Y. and had lived in Toms River, N.J. prior to moving to Painesville. She was a deli clerk at Tops in Painesville since 1998. Survivors include: her daughter, Tricia Stout of Painesville; a son, Gary Stout of Palm Coast, Fla.; grandchildren,Michael, Daniel, Christopher, Devon and Garett; and her fiance, Ernest Jones of Painesville. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Alva Combs. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Brunner-Nixon Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 176 N. State St., Painesville.
