I'm new to this list, having just begun to work on some of my husband's family lines as well as my own. On his mother's side, he is descended from the Stouts and Labaws (through the marriage of Francis Labaw-Deliverance Stout, and their son David, who married Mary Stout). We have an extremely detailed family tree, apparently compiled some years ago by Ernest Stout. If I'm correct that this was done more than 40 years ago, I'd like to know if there is a current, generally accepted version of the Stout genealogy. Just browsing on some of the web databases, I've seen a lot of conflicting information.
