Passed away on her 85th birthday, June 18, 2001 at Beverly Care, in Van Nuys. A 40 year resident of Panorama City, California, she was retired from accounting. A member of the Peninsular Chapter No. 65 of The Order of the Eastern Stars in Grand Rapids, Michigan, she was also a long time member of The Panorama Mall Walker-Roos Walking Club. Survived by her husband of 67 years, Clarence Clingman; daughter, Joan D. Schaller, of Las Vegas, Nevada; two sisters, Joy Bont, of Wyoming, Michigan, and Bertha Gill, of Tucson, Arizona; and one brother, Donald Stout, of Santa Monica, California. She also is survived by seven grandchildren, David E. Dornan, Andrew J. Dornan, William French, Robert French, Kathleen K. Leiker, Cynthia L. Harris, and Lisa Mills; and nine great grandchildren.
