The following obituary appeared in the March 8, 2001, edition of Today's Sunbeam (Salem, New Jersey): ELEANOR J. WOOD State Worker Eleanor J. Wood, 69, of Vineland died Tuesday in Genisis Health Care Center, Millville, following a short illness. Born in Swedesboro, daughter of the late John D. and Lena C. Behringer Stout, she had formerly resided in Pennsville Township. She had resided in Vineland for several years. She had been employed at the New Jersey Unemployment Office in Vineland for the last 12 years. Surviving are two sons, David O. Jr. of Vineland and Roy A. of Boca Raton, Fla.; six sisters, Helen Porter of Middletown, Del., Norman Horty of Wilmington, Del., Mildred Riek and Evelyn Stout, both of Penns Grove, Frances Bonavintura of Swedesboro and Diane Scioli of Stanton, Del.; and two grandsons. She was predeceased by one brother and two sisters. Graveside services are noon Saturday in St. George's Cemetery, Pennsville. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O.
