I recently discovered my Stout family connection while reviewing a Civil War Pension application submitted by my GG Grandmother, Rachel Stout. Rachel b. abt. 1827 in Virginia. Died 18 Jun 1913 in Neosho County KS. She married Richard B. Cheatham 27 Nov 1845, in WV. Rachel's parents were Hezekiah Stout b. abt 1805 and Delila Greathouse b. abt 1806. Any information on Rachel's ancestors would be of great help and allow me to verify the abundant amount of data available on the web. New list member Phil Cook
