I've been looking for information on my 3rd grandmother, Elizabeth Stout who was born in New Jersey about 1774 and married in Virginia (West Virginia) on July 28, 1801. Yesterday I received information from a distant cousin that shows Elizabeth's father, as Philip Stout who die around 1819, place unknown. The information also listed a sister for Elizabeth. The sister was named Sally or Sarah Stout and she married Peter Tedrick on June 23, 1803 in Berkeley County, Virginia (WV). Does anyone have any information on Philip Stout and his family? Frank Hagan
