The following obituary appeared in the January 10, 2001, edition of the Des Moines (Iowa) Register: Margaret Berry, 76, of Norwalk, died of complications of diabetes Sunday at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Hamilton's Funeral Home in Des Moines, with burial at Laurel Hill Cemetery here. She was born in South Dakota and had lived in Des Moines two years and Truro 34 years before moving to Norwalk four years ago. She was a homemaker. She is survived by two daughters, Sharon Howe of Norwalk and Jeri Reeves of Indianola; two sons, Larry of Adel and Terry of Truro; three sisters, Charlotte Earney of Stillville, Mo., Leona Smith of Donovan, Mo., and Nancy Kibbe of Milo; two brothers, Bob Stout of Davis City and Bill Stout of Prairie City; 11 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
