David died at home Wednesday in Palo Alto at the age of 31. Born in Lowell, Massachusetts, James [sic] lived in Palo Alto for the past several years designing Web sites for various clientele. He is survived by his companion Lina Choe of 12 years and his parents James P. Stout of Walnut Creek and Frances A Servio of Massachusetts.
