The following obituary appeared in the March 20, 2001, edition of the Panama City (Florida)News-Herald: FRANK ALFRED STOUT II Bro. Frank Alfred Stout II, age 19, of 3907 Ural St., Panama City Beach, Fla., died Sunday, March 18, 2001, as the result of an automobile accident. He was one of Jehovah's Witnesses at the beach congregation. He was a graduate of Bay High School and worked for Gaddie Marine Co. Bro. Stout is survived by his parents, Frank and Trudi Stout of Panama City Beach; three sisters, Heather Recor and her husband Randy, Sheran Stout and Shannon Stout, all of Panama City Beach; grandparents, Russell K. Stout II and Bertha Stout of Panama City Beach, Randy and Patricia Probst of Milton, Fla., and Dave and Arlen Hurd of Jersey Shore, Pa.; an uncle, Russell K. Stout III and his wife Nancy and family of Panama City Beach; an aunt, Marie Hurd of Tampa; aunt and uncle, Randy and Kim Renninger and family of Jersey Shore, Pa.; and an aunt, Becky Hurd of Portland, Ore. Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 24, at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses on 6530 North Lagoon Drive with Bro. Steven Woznick officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, March 23, 2001, from 6 to 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family to defray the cost of the funeral service.
