Bakersfield Californian, March 22, 1990 Stout, Ruth Lucille – Graveside services will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 3700 River Blvd., Friday, March 23, at 9:30 a.m. for Ruth Lucille Stout, 72, who passed away March 21, 1990 in a Bakersfield hospital.Mrs. Stout was born March 9, 1918 in Marianette, Wisconsin and had resided in Kern County for 40 years. She had been in communications for 23 years being employed last by Frame Telephone Exchange as office manager.She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, David and Ellen Stout; two daughters and sons-in-law, Gail and Phillip Lemaster and Merrilyn and Gene Halverson, all of Bakersfield and seven grandsons.
