NY to the STOUT's in NYC and New Jersey circa 1770-1810. Here's what I have: Jacob STOUT b. 1770/1780 prob. NY d. bef. 1860 +Catherine ? b.~1784 prob. NY d.19 Apr 1874 RC, NY John STOUT b.~1803 RC, NY d. 10 Mar 1884 RC, NY +Mary BABCOCK Jacob STOUT Jul 1836 d.11 Feb 1923 RC, NY +Diantha TEN EYCK b.17 Aug 1850 d.22 Feb 1923 NY [Harvey L. Stout, Allison Ten Eyck Stout...etc.] All of the above STOUT's lived and died in Rockland Co. NY around Haverstraw, Stony Point, Tomkins Cove. Several were stonemasons: John, Jacob(b.1836), and Harvey. There are lots of "Jacob Stout's" unaccounted for in the NYC and NJ lines I've seen. Would Jacob STOUT (f. Jacob Stout b. 1736 NJ, m. Deborah Huff) who married Catherine EICK be a possibility for my Jacob? Any other possibilities? If anyone is interested in the above STOUT's let me know and I'd be happy to share.
