    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Surnames: Stout, Smith Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/QKQBAIB/2031 Message Board Post: Does anyone have any connections to the family of William F. Stout and Kathryn (Kathryne, Catherine, Cathie) Smith? They were in New Mexico when their first three children were born: Norma V. (b. abt 1915), William R. (b1917-d1982), Kathryn E. (b. abt 1919). By 1920 they had gone east (where he was from) and were in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. In 1930 they were in Hatfield, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. A fourth child, Robert E. Stout, was born and also died in Pennsylvania (1923-1988). At some stage, the parents went back west. William Stout Sr. died in Arizona in 1969 and the last I heard of his wife Kathryn she was also in Arizona (in the 1970's). I don't know when she died. As often, it is the women I'm having trouble tracing. After years of searching I have only just found out who Kathryn Smith married-- but I'm stuck again. She was my mother's first cousin, but they never met. Please let me know if any of these names ring a bell. Thanks! Sarah
