I believe Elizabeth may be a sibling to my ggg grandfather, John Henry Stout, born abt 1799, died abt 1892 in Quitman, Wood County, Texas. Other siblings are William B. Stout, born abt 1807, died about 1867, Red River County, Texas, and Margaret Stout, born 6 April 1803, died 5 May 1891, Carrollton, Greene County, IL.

Julia lived in Perry Twp. in what is now Morrow Co., Ohio. Philip and Julia moved to Waltz Twp., Wabash Co., Indiana, in 1844 and remained there the rest of their lives. Philip Jr. died 10/15/1875; I have a lot of information on him and his family. However, it is his father, the older Philip Stout, that I need help with. He may be the Philip Stout in the 1840 census for Morven Twp., Marion Co., Ohio (now Cardington Twp., Morrow Co.), but this is only a guess.
