My great great great grandfather was James Stout born 1797 in NJ. He had a brother named Aaron, George and Jonathan. I know that Aaron settled in the Finger lakes are of New York I think Naples or around Ovid. I know that James settled in Interlaken.

I understand she was married in Kentucky or Illinois. Dont have much info to offer. Am checking myself and cannot find her parents, birth or anything. I know she married John Robert Shofner and had two sons, Grover and James. She was possibly born in 1877. I do not know anything else but would sure appreciate the help if you have info.

I am trying to find out who Mary STOUT, b. abt 1832 in NC and Sarah STOUT b. abt. 1835 in NC married. They are living in Hamilton Co., TN in 1850 and are listed with their parents Samuel and Mary STOUT. By 1860 the parents have moved to DeKalb Co., AL, Mary and Sarah are not with them and from what I can find the only family member left in Hamilton Co., TN is their sister Martha STOUT b. abt 1833 who by 1860 is married to William Hamilton BEAN.
