In 1750, "Willm STREATER" was assessed 1L- 9s 3d "for his part of the Dunnings late used by Topsfield"; "Richd STREATER" was assessed 1L- 12s 6d "for his Part & House and land late JENNERS." ... In 1780, ... William's parcels, which had been collectively designated as "The Dunnings" were owned by Gibbs CRAWFURD, Esquire and Lady Elizabeth COMPTON. CRAWFURD owned a number of nearby properties... in 1780 it was occupied by David JENNER. Recall that Richard STREETER'S part of "The Dunnings" was once owned or occupied by a JENNER... William-A STREETER made his will on 9 August 1787, shortly before his death. He was buried on 1 October 1787 and the will was proved on 3 October 1788.
