Ladies and gentlemen, It appears that this list has gotten seriously off track the last few hours. When I assumed the responsibilities of managing the Stone list, I laid out a few simple rules. Evidently, some of you did not read my orginal message. So, I'll repeat that part again: <<I administer several other rootsweb lists and realize that problems can sometimes arise. Therefore, please remember that no personal chatting is permitted on the list. If you wish to communicate with a particular subscriber, write them directly. Also, jokes, forwards, spamming, virus warnings, or anything not pertaining to Stone genealogy are not permitted.>> One of the offenders has just unsubscribed from this list. That is unfortunate and so UNNECESSARY. We certainly don't wish to lose others. If you are having a disagreement with someone on this list, contact them directly. Why should 400+ subscribers have to read your squabbling?? Therefore, there will be no future discussions of ANYTHING except Stone GENEALOGY on this list!!! Violators of this rule may be removed from the list without futher notice. I do not wish to be too harsh and I hope you understand.
