    3. Hi Virginia, Which (where?) census are you talking about? Do you know what the *B* stands for? My Edward was born in 1823, somewhere near to Yaxley Huntingdonshire England. He did not come to Canada until 1855-56 and he stayed in Nova Scotia Canada and is buried in Bedford Nova Scotia. So I don't think we could be talking about the same family. It is awful, isn't it with a name like Stone. Nearly as bad as Brown or Clark, which are two other names I am researching, in Scotland. We believe some of our Edward's grandchildren may have gone to the USA, as we do know some went to western Canada, but that would have been after 1900 most likely. We do not know of any of Edward's siblings though either, or his uncles. Anything with those lines is possible, of course. Good luck with your research, Warmest regards, Trena Heater, Ontario, Canada. ----- Original Message ----- From: <ginger1936@aol.com> To: <STONE-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, April 15, 2002 12:43 PM Subject: Re: [STONE] Edward Bauld STONE & Mary Elizabeth PHILLIPS > Yaxley, Huntingdon... > I have an interst in your family , My great grandfather Luther b stone, who > we found in the 1820 census I have no dates but I have wall and I hope this > will lead to something.
