Ralph: I've been doing this much too long but it strikes me that you could be looking at a misspelling. If you have Clabe all over the place then I'm wrong...but I'm guessing the correct name could be Caleb. Wish you luck! Linda

You are probably right but the misspelling took place at his birth I knew my grandfather and visit the cemetary when I am in the area his name was spelled Clabe. He couldn't read nor write so a lot of communication with his family was probably lacking thank you for your input.
