    1. [STONE] New Subscriber
    2. William L Leacock
    3. As a new subscriber to the list I would like to post my area of interest. My mother, Mary Stone was born in Abbeyliex in what was then Queens County, Ireland. I am interested in the Stone families in Queens and in Kilkenny, particularly the Castlecomer area. I do have a decent knowledge of the Stones from this area, but am looking to increase my knowledge. For interest my gedcom is filed on the worldconnect as Leacock1, it contains information on several hundred members of the Stone families from Kilkenny and Queens, plus descendants who moved to New York State in the area east of Syracuse, Liverpool, Herkimer, Rome etc. I am also interested in the Shirley, Hendy, Jeffers and Leacock families from this area of Ireland. Regards Bill Leacock
