Hello, Our friend and our foremost Stogsdill family researcher has left us. Carlton Stogsdill passed away this last Monday. The last message I received from Carlton was full of wonderful new insights into our family's history. Carlton was enjoying the beach and sand in Florida at the time he wrote the message; and was so looking forward to doing more research into our family's history and their migration routes. I have his last message and am still using it to compare what David A. Sturgill has written on the Stogsdill family; and what Carlton had found to be true in his own research of our family surname. Please keep Carlton's family and friends in your Prayers; and I hope we will all work together to keep alive Carlton's sharing spirit and the joy he found in doing family research.
