She was born March 25, 1925, in McWhorter, W.V. to the late Scott and Nora Baker. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Cain , second husband, Charles Stiles, and two brothers. Ruth is survived by daughter, Judith ( Leon ) Foster ; sons Michael and Bernard Cain ; three sisters, and one brother. Family and friends will be received at the Newcomer-Farley Funeral Home, 131 North Canton Road, Wednesday 2-4.
