Stiles, of this union there are 2 known children who were b. Maine Cumberland Co. likely Gray or Portland area. children Betsey/Elizabeth b. 1817 and Asa Stiles b. 1815 in Maine Betsey married a John C. Dole or alternate spelling John C. McDowell/McDole of Gray Maine, and they remained there Rachel died bet. 1860-70 as she is not in 1870 census with dau betsey whom she was residng with. does any Stiles family know who Rachels husband or parents may be? i have been digging but not able to come up with anything. the Mr Stiles she married has been reported as being of Gray Maine in Cumberland Co. thanks very much Kiovaa Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
