Surnames: Stiles Griffin Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/4300/jdJBAEB/618.1.1 Message Board Post: Lois, I know nothing of David Stiles Griffin until he arrived in Arkansas and married a Mary "Lundy" Conger or Cougar in Johnson County in 1881 with her they had Oscar L. and Clara Griffin .I don't know what happened to Lundy but D.S.Griffin married a Beatrice Tennie Smith in Franklin County in 1889. They had Lula Mae ,Thomas Harley, John Demus in Arkansas.Then around 1900 they move to Garvin County Oklahoma and they have Mary Esther, Era Mae,and David Haskell. Tennie dies in 1910. D.S. Griffin then marries in1912 a Lena Dodson Cotten and together they have my dad Henry Clay Griffin in 1917. D.S. Griffin dies in 1932 and is buried in Murray County, Oklahoma.
