Parker is a family name but I can't remember if it is his mother's maiden name or his grandmother's maiden name. He was born in Ohio, 1930 census at age 8 has him located in Bloom Township , Seneca Co. He says his grandfather's given name was Samuel and his ggrandfather's given name was also Samuel Stiles. Could this be the same parker/stiles connection you are talking about?
