Sarah; I'm not sure what the people linked are confessing to.. :) but my mother was Stiles. Daughter of Rudolph B. 1881 - 1957 who was the son of John W. 1849 - 1895 and Hannah Chard 1848 - 1906. John was the son of Elias and Rebecca Grantling and the younger brother of Barclay who fought in the Civil War - War of Sucession. Hannah was the daughter of Hannah Mildenberger Chard and William R Chard. She was born in 1848 also. Any information would be deeply appreciated. Hi Sandi, I don't know what they are confessing to either. This is all the information I have. It was my hope that someone would see this and write me with further details. I've received about a thousand responses to my new 16 pages, but not one person had anything to add. If I ever find out anything more, I'll post it to the website.
