Dear Chris, For many years I thought Mary Causey had married Newton Stewart, my GGGgrandfather. Then I discovered it wasn't true, but I still have some of the research I did on that family. I got most information from "Wayne County, Georgia...Its History and Its People" Edited by Bobby M Martin. I got a copy of this book from the Mary Puckett Middle School in Jesup, Ga. I got, from a listing of marriages in Wayne County, a marriage of John B Stewart to Mary Causey on Nov 24th, 1847. Hope this a bit helpful. Regards, Charlene
