You have his parent's information correct: Their father was James Finley, and their mother was Martha Jenkins, who first married a Burch or Bunch. Will's siblings were: Rosie B. Stewart b. Before 1900 Texas I believe I found a family photo of James and Martha and their children, circa 1893. It includes all the kids except for Rosie, who was probably already married when the photo was taken. Will was about 14 or so in it. The unknown little girl is also in it, but she is not listed in the 1900 census, so I'm assuming she must have died prior to then. If you would like a scanned image of the photo, please let me know. I was not the one to find all the information myself, though, so keep that in mind. James Finley and Martha Jenkins I am sure of, as I have death certificates to back up the information, and I have been to James' and Will's graves (both, incidentally, were buried away from the rest of the family. The stories passed down to me were that they were both mean drunks, so perhaps they had fallen out of favor with the family). I hope this information helps!
