The Rev. Charles Rogers's II Memorial book (1877) on teh Alexanders indicates that she was a near relative of Sir William Stewart of Aughentane, who would later be Viscount Mountjoy. Was she his first cousin? Who were her parents? What possible sources are there for me to try to find answers?
