STEWART, Norma Ellen STEWART, Norma Ellen - 80, Burnaby, B.C., formerly of Sandy Point, Shelburne Co., passed away July 22, 2005, in Carlton Manor, Burnaby, B.C. She taught school in Cape Negro Island, moved to Montreal and joined the Royal Canadian Air Force, later took a business course and worked at a trust company in Montreal. She worked at Via Rail in Montreal, then transferred to Vancouver where she worked with Via Rail until her retirement. She was a daughter of the late Johnathan Henry and Laura Cordelia (Pennington) Stewart. She is survived by sisters, Mrs. Esme Davies, New Westminster, B.C., and Janet Stewart, Sandy Point. She was predeceased by brothers, Lewis and Charles; sister, Mary. Funeral service will be held Monday, August 1, at 2 p.m. in Trinity United Church, Shelburne, Rev. Beverley Burlock officiating. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Shelburne. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia or any charity. Arrangements entrusted to H.M. Huskilson's Funeral Home, Shelburne.
