STEWART, Bertha Elizabeth "Beth" STEWART, Bertha Elizabeth "Beth" - 101, Amherst, passed away on Tuesday, August 23, 2005, in Gables Lodge, Amherst. Born in Greenhill, Pictou Co., she was a daughter of the late Sanford and Susan (Brown) Munsie. She was a member of the JOY group of Trinity-St. Stephen's United Church. Beth enjoyed making crafts such as knitting, crocheting, and making little hats for the new born in Amherst. Beth is survived by son, Loran, Amherst; sister, Audrey (Gray) Rudolph, Westville; grandchildren, Lorna Baird and Russell Stewart; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Henry Everett; brothers, Lewis and Vernon "Bud"; sister, Helen Swailes. Cremation has taken place. A public graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 25, at 2 p.m. in Amherst Cemetery. Donations in Beth's memory may be made to Resident Council at Gables Lodge or charity of your choice.
