    2. Karen, Where did your Stewarts go from Kentucky? I have a John Stewart who was born 1799, who was apparently born in Kentucky but was in Illinois-Indiana by 1820. He then moved to Texas by the early 1840s. Some of his sons had surnames for middle names (Washington, Harrison, Franklin). It's a long shot, I know, but when you hit your brick wall you grasp at straws. Shannon Abbott

    3. No, not a direct relationship with mine. My gggg grandfather had a son named John Price Stewart who was born about 1806 and moved to Iowa where he died in 1860. Karen
