Dear Listers: Tuesday is St. Valentine's Day. In America it has been a traditon for a number of years to send messages of love and affection on this day. They have become known as "valentines." I thought it might be a good time to encourage you to post marriage records or stories of how your ancestors met, fell in love and married... or arranged marriages! And if you have a closer family story to tell, that is welcome too as it is part of your family history or herstory. <g> The best valentine I ever received was my daughter.
