Speaking of NH . . . maybe I was deleting too quickly; does anyone have info on the Elizabeth Clark who m. William Stewart in NH, as well as the John Clark who m. Elizabeth Stewart in NH? I think they are mentioned on A3 of the SCM, and maybe at C166 also. I'd like to check the next generation or two . . . Mike Stewart Mike, these are descendants of John Stewart b. 1682 known as Charter John of Londonderry, NH and his first Wife Elizabeth Clark b. 1685 d/o John and Agnes Adams Clark. There is much written about this line. Lois Patrie has written a book called A History of Colraine, Massachusetts. It is available for sale through the library at Colraine, MA. B.Frank Severence has written A Genealogy and Biography of the decendants of Walter Stewart of Scotland dealing with this branch of the Londonderry Stewarts. It is out of print, but available to reprint on Heritage.com as are many of the other books of these early New Hampshire and Massachusetts settlers.
