Info online show WHN Civil War service as a Chaplain and I have seen data that he was head of a church in NY but I cannot find his parents. Nor can I find him before the 1860 census. How did he come to be born in W indies? Can a history buff please explain. I see he wrote some religious books as well. Someone out there must know of him! Thanks.
