Shirley, Mourning is not my direct line. I was just confused by some info I had received from other researchers about Mourning.  Mourning's brother, William Stewart is my direct line. He was married to Mary Ann Penn.  They had a son, John Stewart who married Lucinda McKissack. John and Lucinda's son was James Madison Stewart and he married Mary Ann Laws.  J.M. Stewart is my 4th g. grandfather.  My line migrated from Macon County, GA,next into Pike County, AL then into NW Florida  I would love to hear about your line.  Angela GENEALOGY: n.
