My William B. Stewart b. 1762 in VA d. 1848 in Schley Co., GA.  He was married twice. I descend from his 1st wife, Mary Ann Penn.  They had a son, John Stewart that married Lucinda McKissack.  John was born 1784 in Georiga d. 1850 in Monroe County, GA.  From John and Lucinda I descend through James Madison Stewart  b. 1812 GA d. 1880 Covington County, AL.  He married Mary Ann Laws.  From this union my Grandfather is Richard Madison Stewart m. Isabella Hamilton.  Richard is buried in Walton County, FL.   Known Children of William B. Stewart and Mary Ann Penn John F., Thomas, William Jr., Frances, James, Nancy, Francis, Charles, Mary, and Richard M. Angela, I wish I could say that one of those Williams' was mine, but I can't. I have to say that I think my Thomas who was a son of A William was a northerner...so I would not think they were in GA or AL but I will save this info and keep it for reference.
