The cemetery is on farm property located at the intersection of Greendale Rd and Spurr rd, off of Georgetown Pike. This farm has been recently acquired by developers, and we are concerned for the safety of the burial grounds. We work to protect and preserve cemeteries, and need help from family!! The Stephens lived across Spurr rd from the Cromwell family. I have a small list of people buried in the cemetery, but will hopefully update soon! -Thomas Stephens (missing bottom half of headstone) -Han--- Stephens born November 28, 1761 died December 13th 1801 -Seth Stephens died June 2 1814, aged 58 years -there are at least 6 fieldstones in the cemetery that we believe represent slaves' graves We found Seth listed on the 1810 census in Fayette county: 1 white male 16-25 1 white male over 45 ( think this is Seth) 1 white female under 10 1 white female 10-15 2 whtie females 16-25 1 white female 45 and over (think this is Seth's wife) slaves 2, no names
