IL and got married, and some stayed there. My Joseph Stevens and wife Alymira went on to Hancock Co. IL where most of their children were born (I think I made a mistake on my earlier posting on that). Later they went on to Cass Co. MO, then to KS, but some of them remained in each of the places.
