Try getting records from courthouse in county where child was born. Also where child was given up register to be contacted in case she has registered to be found. I think there is a national registry for that. You can submit medical info for that child. If any idea what state she lives in some state let you buy drives license list. You would want a list of female drives with that birth date. Hope these hints help. Can I ask if the search is just to find her or for medical purposes. Good Luck
