Surnames: Stevens, Holmes, Horton, Lane, Vanderbogart Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/surnames.stevens/264.878.1.1.1.101/mb.ashx Message Board Post: I am sorry to have posted this under your topic, but I could not find a way to post a new subject, please forgive me, I have been a member of rootsweb for 4 years and have posted about my family before, now I am searching for my brother who was born in Troy New York, 2-19-1965 and was adopted in the late 1968 or early 1969, thru Social Services Of Troy, our mother is now 62 years old and would really love to see her son again, she gave him up due to a heart condition that she did not have medical coverage for back then, he had to have heart surgry every year until he was 6 or 7, I searched the death indexes and so far nothing has shown up, I am on every adoption board there is, in New York and all states, I am registered with the New York Adoption Registry as our mother, my mother's name is Lorraine Foster Stevens, My faher's name WAS James Stevens, he had no middle name. I am his oldest sister, I was born in feb of 64, James was born prematurley. He wiehged 1 lb 3 ozs and w! as 18 to 19 inches long, I remember him very well because the thing that he really loved more than anything was peanut butter, he wanted it on everything, he was a good looking litte boy, as I have one picture of him when he was three years old. Please if anyone sees this and maybe they know him or some one who does, please tell him his family is looking for him and wants him so much.
