Thier father Arthur Stevens married to Fern Risley, was a Raymond Stevens married to Annie M Morey, Raymond's father was a Samuel Stevens married to Henrietta Parker, and his father was John Stevens married to Susan Gaskill. I have a Samuel (T or J) Stevens, born 1 September, 1858, married (but no wife's name) 28 February 1883, died 23 November 1942. He was the s/o William Stevens and Silvina/Sabina Erwin, and he was born, married and died in Charleston, Coles Co. IL, I have his parents' info too, if this sounds like a connection. Folks, this is a reminder that any post to a list that starts with the phrase "This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list." has been "gatewayed" from the surname Board to the surname List. Simply, this means that the original post was sent, in this case, to the STEVENS Board and, because the "gateway" between the Board and List has been opened, was also automatically re-sent to the STEVENS List.
