    3. I have Edward Azel STEVENS & Tobitha SEE 19 May 1883. Is it possible they were married in "Scotland, Putnam, MO". (though the writer may have meant Scotland County or Putnam County) I found about 6 people buried in that cemetery and I'm looking at where they were born & how their families migrated. This could be the best clue to help you find where they came from. This is why I ask everybody to send a cemetery location if they know where a person is buried. Though I am not an "expert", I find that often I know somethings that are not known by people who claim to be "experts".
