I have concluded he was born in Jun 1848 in NY and married Melinda Jenny Perry. I have their death certificates from BC now, thanks to another Stevens researcher, Marcia. Henry Levi was the son of Emmons Stevens and Sopia Rose of NY. He had a brother Frank Alonzo Stevens 1860 in Wisconsin, who was my great grandfather on my father's side.
